Responsible for the operation of the Folkestone terminal. Safe and efficient traffic flow, monitoring of terminal operations and Human resource management of personnel


Holland America Line

October 1995 – Present (21 years 2 months) World-wide

Management of large cruise ships; ensuring safe and efficient operation; fiscal management of departments, $ return on investment, management of 600-900 crew and Safety + well-being of 2000+ guests. Considerable ship-handling experience and mentoring of officers in management and handling skills. Presently assigned to World cruises on the fleet's Flagship, completing 5 highly successful thus far and still doing so.
